Confirmation of departure

Stop by the Office of International Relations in-person within the last 5 days before departure to take care of departure date & Confirmation of Stay.

If you still have academic commitments on-site later than 2 weeks after the end of the lecture period that require your physical presence at University of Graz,

• you will visit our office within the last 5 days before your departure
• AND bring along a written confirmation by a professor at the University of Graz stating that “your physical presence at the University of Graz until your departure date is absolutely necessary due to academic obligations that can only be taken care of in-person on-site at University of Graz.”
   

An electronically signed Confirmation of Stay will be available for download in Mobility-Online after your visit to our office.
