EU/EEA and Swiss nationals do not need a visa nor residence permit.

You only need a visa or residence permit if you are a non-EU/EEA national. If this applies to you, you have to apply for either a visa or a residence permit, depending on the duration of your stay. If you already live in the EU and have a valid residence permit, different rules may apply.

If you have dual citizenship that includes an EU/EEA/Swiss nationality, you have to use this nationality for your registration.
