Exchange students who need a Confirmation of Departure  / Confirmation of Stay can:

• stop by one of our doc-signing sessions as announced via email
• stop by our office during office hours

Confirmations can be signed 5 days before your departure at the earliest!

In case your home university requires you to use a special template, provide this template/bring it along.
